You should never apologize for the way you feel. It’s just the way you feel. The fact that you’re able to be honest about it is a good thing.

I’m a dad who fought many of those same battles. I know it’s not the same as what a mom goes through, but I can admit I hated much of those first couple years too. But as my kids get older, now four and seven, they’re turning into people that I enjoy and can relate to. Those little balls of noise and need weren’t my thing.

You should definitely talk to someone and/or find a way to take some time to care for yourself. But whatever you do, hang in there, it will get better!
