The part about straight dudes using everything as a dating app is absolutely true. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I don't know if they realize how creepy they are. I also think some of them are desperate for some positive female attention and will take it from anywhere they can get it.

I also think there's a thread of truth in Andy's explanation. Dudes are weird.
