I was once in love with a girl who used that same “Alien" reference. I don’t know if she ever had kids, but last I heard she really didn’t want to. The entire process just freaked her out, though she would have made a great mother. Maybe. Gee, I wonder where she ended up. Hmm.

I totally understand where your mind is, though. I don’t have to worry about this being a male, but if I did it would freak me out. I imagine the body is never quite the same even if it looks like it is. I don’t envy women for having to shoulder all this life-sustaining responsibility. I need to shut up now.
