Are niceness and practicality desired commodities? I guess it depends on what you want out of it.

My brain keeps telling me he’s nice. Everyone around me is telling me he’s nice. My mind thinks if this is what the Universe is bringing me, maybe I should jump on board. At this point in my life and with the mistakes I’ve made, maybe this is what I get. Nice, without much else.
